You are prompted to enter the following parameters. The combined length of
the parameters cannot exceed 225 bytes
• country name (2-letter code)
• state or province name
• locality name
• organization name
• organizational unit name
• common name
• e-mail address
• subject alternative name
• validity period — the default is 365 days
• key size — the default is 1024 bits
